Fitness Coaches

Each member of the FirstHealth Center for Health & Fitness – Southern Pines has access to a personal Fitness Coach.

All new members are required to meet with a Fitness Coach before beginning their workouts. Your Fitness Coach will perform a baseline health assessment which includes:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate

After your health assessment, your Fitness Coach will develop an exercise plan based on your individual goals and provide you with an orientation on proper technique and use of equipment in the center. 

Current members can meet with a Fitness Coach at any time. This service is free for both current and new members. The coaches are here to help you get started on a proper program to ensure results and are always available for follow-up orientations, motivation and support.
