There will be gentle variations on traditional yoga postures that specifically benefit the needs of pregnant women and those postpartum.
 
What to bring to class
Water bottle, towel, yoga/exercise mat (optional), form-fitting workout attire, shoes (optional). Layered clothing recommended.
